贝母内生真菌研究进展

Research Advances of Endophytic Fungus of Fritilaria anhuiensis

对贝母中的活性成分、贝母内生真菌的多样性以及产物、贝母内生真菌发酵条件等方面的研究进展进行了综述,贝母中主要的活性成分为生物碱,其内生真菌种类具有多样性,其中可筛选出可以产生活性生物碱的菌株,这些菌株的筛选、鉴定、发酵条件探索及代谢产物的分离提纯是研究热点。

The research advances of active ingredients in Fritilaria anhuiensis, diversity of endophytic fungus and products,fermentation condi-tions were reviewed.The main active constituent of Fritilaria anhuiensis was alkaloid.The endophytic fungi species of Fritilaria anhuiensi was va-rious,and some fungal strains of them could generate active alkaloid .The selection and identification of the fungal strains generating active alka-loid,the exploration of fermentation conditions and the separation and purification of metabolite were research hotspots.
