重点阐述了基于工业4.0的发展思路和精益生产的管理思想,结合企业的基础现状,探索印染企业的转型升级之路,确定目标、掌握趋势、结合实际来进行整体规划、分步实施,以适用性为原则,可以有效帮助企业进行转型升级。
The development idea based on the industry 4.0 and the management concept of lean production were emphatically stated. A transformation and upgrading way for dyeing and printing enterprises was explored on the basis of the enterprises status. It was efficient to help enterprises to transform and upgrade by setting goals, grasping tendency, overall planning combined with reality, implementing step-by-step and following the principle of applicability.
