摘要 介绍了纯仪纶纤维织物的染整加工,包括前处理、染色和定型。前处理主要过程是漂白,若成品布是白色、敏感色的常采用亚漂,如果染中深色可以不漂白或者采用双氧水—乙酸漂白;仪纶可以采用低温E型、中温SE型和高温S型分散染料染色,仪纶染浅中色时可以采用常压染色,温度98~100℃;染深色时,如果各项色牢度要求高,采用110~120℃染色;热定型的温度最好控制在≤175℃。成品的各项色牢度均可以达到4~5级,起毛起球也达到了4级,布面的p H符合产品要求。 The dyeing and finishing of YILON fiber including pretreatment, dyeing and setting were introduced. Bleaching is the main process of pretreatment. Sodium chlorite bleaching was often adopted if finished fabric is white or sensitive color. No bleaching or hydrogen peroxide-acetic acid bleaching was applied if finished fabric with medium or dark shade. YILON fabric was dyed with a low energy level dye E, medium energy level dye SE or high energy level disperses dye S. The dyeing under normal pressure at 98 ~ 100℃ can be used if finished fabric is shallow or neutral color. The dyeing was at 110~ 120℃ if finished fabric was in deep color and higher color fastness was demanded. The thermal setting temperature of the finishing should be controlled under 175℃. Color fastness of the finished fabric can be achieved 4~5 level and pilling resistance can be reached 4 grade. The pH value on fabric surface well satisfies the requirement of products.
