多次洗涤对低弹牛津纺色织面料弹性的影响

Influence of repeated washing on elasticity of low-elasticity oxford yarn-dyed fabric

介绍了3种低弹牛津纺色织面料经2种方式整理,对成品进行不同次数的水洗,测试并比较了3种面料水洗前后的弹性伸长率、弹性回复率、弹性残余率。结果表明,随洗涤次数的增加,弹性伸长率逐步变大;柔软整理的弹性回复率和残余率逐步变差;免烫整理可改善面料的弹性性能,提高耐洗稳定性。

The paper mainly introduces three kinds of low-elasticity oxford yam-dyed fabric finishing by two methods. The fabrics were washed different times. The elastic extension ratio, elastic recovery ratio and elastic residual ratio of the fabric were tested and compared before and after washing. The results showed that the elastic extension ratio increased with washing times gradually, but elastic recovery ratio and elastic residual ratio of soft finishing decreased with washing times. Besides, the elastic properties and washing stability of the fabric can be improved by the durable press finishing.
