宁夏平罗县1976—2015年干旱演变特征及成因分析

Evolution Analysis on Droughts and Causes in Pingluo County of Ningxia from 1976 to 2015

根据宁夏平罗县1976—2015年的气象资料,以降水距平百分率为指标,对平罗县干旱变化趋势和成因进行分析。结果表明,20世纪70年代后期春季和冬季平罗县干旱程度较重,80年代干旱逐渐减轻,90年代干旱逐渐加重;夏季和秋季干旱集中在80年代和90年代前期。通过合理调节农牧业产业结构、采取有效的节水措施等方式,逐步改善生态环境,减轻干旱状况,实现社会经济持续稳定发展。

Based on meteorological data in Pingluo County of Ningxia during 1976 to 2015, this paper had analyzed droughts evolution and causes with precipitation anomaly percentage. The results showed that in spring and winter, occurrence of droughts was severe in late 1970 s, while a wetting tendency was found in 1980 s and droughts gradually become severe since 1990s; in summer and autumn, drought mainly occurred in the 1980 s and early 1990 s. By rationally adjusting agriculture and animal husbandry industrial structure and taking effective water saving measures to improve ecological environment,reduce droughts effects and realize sustained and steady development of social economy.
