摘要
分析了宁夏农村产权交易市场建设存在的问题,提出了加快完善确权、不断完善农村产权交易运行机制、抵押担保贷款机制和退出机制等加快宁夏农村产权交易市场建设对策。
This paper analyzed problems of rural property right exchange market in Ningxia, proposed countermeasures promoting the exchange market including improvement of confirmation right, rural property right exchange operating, mortgage-backed loans and withdrawal mechanism.
