热疗联合乌梅丸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Thermotherapy combined with Wumei Pill in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的观察体外高频热疗联合乌梅丸加减治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法将68例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组和对照组各34例。治疗组给予体外高频热疗联合乌梅丸加减治疗,对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服治疗。对比分析2组的疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果 2组的疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论体外高频热疗联合乌梅丸加减治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,临床值得推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of thermotherapy combined with Wumei pill in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 68 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 34 patients. The treatment group received thermotherapy combined with Wumei pill, and the control group was given Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets. The therapeutic effect of the 2 groups was contrasted and analyzed. Result There was significant differences between the two groups （P 〈0. 05）. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Extracorporeal high frequency hyperthermia thermotherapy combined with Wumei pill in the treatment of ulcerative colitis had significant effect, and is worthy of popularization and application.
