自拟补督通络降浊汤治疗颈椎病眩晕症观察

Observation on Self-made Budu Tongluo Jiangzhuo Decoction in Treating Cervical Vertigo Symptom

目的研究自拟补督通络降浊汤治疗颈椎病眩晕症的效果。方法选择本院88例颈椎病眩晕症患者为研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组,各44例。观察组患者给予补督通络降浊汤治疗,对照组患者给予口服盐酸氟桂利嗪联合静脉滴注盐酸倍他司汀注射液治疗。治疗2周后,对比两组治疗效果。结果两组患者经2周治疗后,观察组患者的有效率为95.46%,对照组有效率为77.27%,观察组疗效显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的收缩期峰值血流速度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟补督通络降浊汤治疗颈椎病眩晕的效果显著,可较好的缓解或消除临床症状,提高患者的生活和工作质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of self-made Budu Tongluo Jiangzhuo decoction in treating cervical vertigo symptom. Methods 88 cases of cervical vertigo patients were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Budu Tongluo Jiangzhuo decoction. The control group was given intravenous infusion of Betahistine Hydrochloride injection and oral flunarizine hydroehloride. After 2 weeks of treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95.46% and 77.27% , respectively, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the peak systolic velocity of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Self-made Budu Tongluo Jiangzhuo decoction in treating cervical vertigo symptom has significant effect, it can alleviate or eliminate the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life and work of patient, and it is worthy of clinical application.
