摘要 目的探讨高校青年教师如何提高自身素质,以应对慕课时代带来的巨大挑战。方法针对慕课的内涵与特点,分析出高校青年教师在学习能力、传授能力、创新能力三方面面临着挑战。结果针对慕课提出的三方面挑战,高校青年教师应努力在知识学习、知识传授、知识创新三方面提高自身素质。结论在慕课时代高校青年教师应抓住机遇,因势利导,顺势而为,争做能教、会教、愿教的好教师。 Objective To explore how to improve the quality of young teachers in colleges and universities in order to deal with the great challenges of the era of MOOCs. Methods According to the connotation and characteristics of the MOOCs, the three aspects of the young teachers in colleges and universities are faced with challenges in learning ability, teaching ability and innovation ability. Results For the three aspects of the challenge, the young teachers should strive to improve their own quality in three aspects of knowledge learning, knowledge transfer and knowledge innovation. Conclusion In the era of MOOCs, young teachers in colleges and universities should seize the opportunity, make the best use of the circumstances, and do good teachers.
