建立花卉环保生产认证体系和标准,开展花卉认证,对减少花卉生产过程对环境的污染,满足人们对环保型花卉产品的需要,促进花卉的出口贸易都具有重要作用。学习和借鉴国际先进花卉环保生产认证模式和经验,对于成功建立我国花卉环保生产认证机制具有积极意义。本文尝试从国际上花卉环保生产认证的发展历程和经验中获得启发,为建立健全我国花卉环保生产认证机制提供借鉴和建议。

Establishing the certification system and standards system of flower environment-friendly process is important not only for the demand of environment-friendly flower product, but also for the flower exporting. It reduces the environmental pollution in flower process. Studying and referring to the advanced model and experience of the flower environment-friendly process plays a positive role in establishing the Chinese certification system of flower environment- friendly process. The development process and experience on the international flower environment-friendly process are studies and referred to provide suggestions for establishing and completing the Chinese certification system of flower environment-friendly process.
