中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿的疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis on the Therapeutic Effect of Treatment based on Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Chronic Bronchitis and Emphysema

目的探讨中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿临床应用效果。方法对照组给予临床常规西医治疗,研究组在常规西医给药基础上加用中医辨证治疗,两组慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者均持续治疗1个月后记录其临床疗效。结果研究组临床总有效率(93.33%)优于对照组(75.56%)(P<0.05)。结论对慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者在常规西医治疗基础上加用中医辨证治疗可显著提高其临床疗效。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation for chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Methods The control group received conventional Western medicine in clinical treatment. The research group was treated with TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation on the basis of the conventional Western medicine. The treatment continued one month, then the clinical effect was recorded. Results The total clinical effective rate of the research group （93.33%） was better than that of the control group （75.56%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of the conventional Western medicine, treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM for chronic bronchitis and emphysema can significantly improve the clinical effect.
