口腔炎喷雾剂佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎80例疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Stomatitis Spray in the Assisted Treatment of Herpangina for 80 Cases

目的观察口腔炎喷雾剂佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法将2015年1月—2015年12月期间就诊的160例小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为两组,治疗组80例给予蒲地兰消炎口服液口服,同时予口腔炎喷雾剂喷患处;对照组80例仅给予口服蒲地兰消炎口服液治疗。治疗5天为一个疗程。结果两组退热时间比较无统计学差异,疱疹消退时间治疗组明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率93.75%,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔炎喷雾剂佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎可明显缩短疱疹消退时间,减轻患儿病痛,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of stomatitis spray in the assisted treatment of infantile herpangina. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015, totally 160 cases of infantile herpangina were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 80 cases adopted orally Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid, and sprayed out over by stomatitis spray. The control group of 80 cases only adopted orally Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid. Five days was a course of treatment. Results The fever clearance time of the two groups was no statistic difference, the agria regression time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%, and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Stomatitis spray in the assisted treatment of infantile herpangina could obviously reduce the agria regression time, alleviate the pain, and improve the clinical effect.
