半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗中老年痰浊型眩晕的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the Treatment of Middle-aged Patientswith Turbid-phlegm Type Vertigo

目的以健脾祛湿治痰为法,观察半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗中老年人痰浊型眩晕的临床效果。方法将符合痰浊型眩晕诊断标准的中老年患者130例,随机分为半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗组(治疗组)65例和西药治疗组(对照组)65例,治疗组用半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗后随访半年观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.38%,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组随访半年复发率为9.75%,与对照组比较具有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论半夏白术天麻汤随症加减治疗中老年痰浊型眩晕,疗效好、不易复发,值得临床推广。

Objective Taking resolving dampness by tonifying spleen as method, to investigate the clinical effect of modified BanxiaBaizhuTianma decoction in the treatment of middle-aged patients with turbid-phlegm type vertigo. Methods 130 cases of patients with turbid-phlegm type vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with modified BanxiaBaizhuTianma decoction, while the control group was given flunarizine hydrochloride capsules therapy. 6 d was a course of treatment. After 2 courses, the clinical effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.38% , comparing with the control group, and there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. After half year of following-up, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The modified BanxiaBaizhuTianma decoction in the treatment of middle-aged patients with turbid-phlegm type vertigo had good curative effect, and wasn＇ t easy to relapse, which is worthy of promotion.
