分析针灸结合康复训练在老年脑卒中偏瘫治疗中的应用

Analysis on the Application of Acupuncture and Moxibustion combined with Rehabilitation Exercise in the Treatment of Elderly Stroke Hemiplegia

目的探讨针灸结合康复训练在老年脑卒中偏瘫治疗中的应用效果。方法对照组老年脑卒中偏瘫患者仅给予早期针对性肢体康复训练,研究组给予康复训练联合针灸治疗。结果两组经治疗后研究组临床总有效率高达88.89%,对照组仅获得71.11%临床总有效率(P<0.05);两组治疗后Barthel、FMA评分均较之前显著提高,但研究组生活能力、肢体运动功能改善效果更优(P<0.05)。结论对老年脑卒中偏瘫患者给予针灸结合康复训练可获得更为理想的临床疗效,有利于保障患者身心健康及生活质量。

Objective To discuss the application effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation exercise in the treatment of elderly stroke hemiplegia. Methods The control group was given only early targeted limb rehabilitation training. The study group was given acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation exercise. Results After treatment, the total clinical effect of the study group was 88.89% , and the total clinical effect of the control group received only 71.11% （P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, Barthel and FMA scores of the two groups significantly improved, but living ability and limb motor function of the study group significantly improved （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation exercise in the treatment of elderly stroke hemiplegia has ideal clinical effect, and will help protect the health and quality of life of patients.
