摘要
利用2012-2014年重庆市社会经济发展数据和卫生事业主要经济指标汇编资料,分析重庆市县级公立医院债务规模扩张状况,并探究其影响因素。结果表明:重庆市县级公立医院债务负担重,扩张速度快,债务期限结构不合理并且短期难以调整;债务规模扩张存在明显的区域、类别与等级差异,并且债务规模与期限结构错配严重。同时,经济发展水平、老年化程度、政府重视程度等3个外部因素和医院收支结余能力、净资产增长率、每门诊人次平均费用和门急诊人次增长率等4个内部因素促进县级公立医院债务规模扩张,流动比率约束债务规模扩张。
The analysis about the debt scale expansion of county-level public hospitals in Chongqing and its influ encing factors were done based on Chongqing socio-economic development data and compilation of major economic indi cators of health service from 2012 to 2014.The results showed that debt burden was serious, expansion speed was fast, debt maturity structure was irrational and adjusting was difficult in short-term in Chongqing county-level public hospi tal. There were obvious differences in different regional, category and grade in the debt scale expansion, and the debt scale and maturity structure was mismatched seriously. Three external factors including economic development level, the degree of aging and the degree of government＇s attention and other four internal factors including hospital balance of cost and profit, growth rate of net assets, the average cost of per outpatient visits and the number of outpatientvisits promoted the expansion of county public hospital debt scale and flow ratio restrained debt scale.
