吸收塔气体进口连接方式技改实践

摘要 针对生产运行时存在的管内气体腐蚀,一吸塔气体进口管路采用法兰螺栓连接易泄漏等问题,在不改变生产工艺及生产能力的前提下,对一吸塔气体进口管路进行了技改。主要是将原一吸塔进气口内径增大至1 220 mm,再将进气管插入进口管内100 mm深入,外部加焊膨胀圈,以减少热膨胀冷缩对连接处的损害。通过技改,成功解决了连接处跑漏气体的问题,延长了管路使用寿命。 Technical improvement on gas inlet pipeline at the first absorption tower was carried out under the premise of no change of production technology and ability, according to gaseous corrosion in pipe and leakage of flange bolt of gas inlet pipeline at the first absorption tower during the operation. The improvement measures included enlarging the internal diameter of inlet in the first absorption tower to 1 220 mm, inserting the inlet pipe into the pipe 100 mm deep, adding to weld expansion loop outside to minimize the damage to the joint due to thermal expansion. The improvement solved the gas leakage of joint and extended the service life of pipeline.
