摘要
硫磺回收装置中尾气焚烧炉前段为锥形结构,锥段区域集中大量开孔,是事故频发的敏感部位。在平壁传热模型基础上提出锥段内衬传热模型,为合理选择炉衬厚度提供了依据。根据尾气焚烧炉规格和工艺要求,建议锥段衬里全部采用浇注料结构,锚固砖与金属抓钉相结合共同锚固。优化设计了锚固砖的结构,削弱了裂纹产生的倾向。
Because of the conical structure and multi-holes in the cone section, the forepart of the tail gas incinerator of sulphur recovery unit has been a sensitive part of high accident frequency. A new heat transfer model of the lining of cone section is proposed on the basis of plane wall heat transfer model in the paper and provides theoretical basis for the reasonable selection of furnace lining thick- ness. It is proposed to select the structure of casting material for the lining of cone section and anchoring by combination of anchor brick and metal grab nail according to the specifications and process requirements. The structure design of anchor brick has been optimizea and the possibility of crackin-has also has been weakened.
