摘要
随着富氧硫磺回收技术的广泛应用,氧气管道的布置在工程设计中越来越重要。通过探讨钢铁的燃烧机理,激发钢铁燃烧的能源种类以及各金属材料的抗燃烧性能,结合欧洲工业气体协会IGC DOC 13/02/E全球协调性文件以及硫磺回收装置的实际情况,提出了硫磺回收装置氧气管道设置的优化方案。
With the extensive application of rich sulphur recovery technology, the arrangement of oxygen tubes become more and more important in engineering design. By the discussion of steel combustion mechanism, the different types of energy motivating the combustion of steel, the combustion resistant properties of all kinds of metallic materials, and the combination of "IGC DOC 13/02/E", the global coordination document formulated by European Industrial Gases Association, and the realities of situation of sulphur recovery facilities, the optimum proposal on the oxygen tubes arrangement of the sulphur recovery unit are proposed.
