摘要
介绍了新型催化法烟气脱硫技术的工艺流程及改进优化措施。原钠碱法脱硫装置经改造,尾气脱硫后SO_2排放质量浓度不超过100 mg/m^3,尾气酸雾质量浓度不超过30 mg/m^3,硫酸日产量平均增长率5.56%,每年至少减排SO_2 638.25 t,回收浓度为100%的硫酸977.32 t。建议化肥企业或配套硫酸生产系统的其他行业尾气脱硫装置采用可资源化新型低温催化法烟气脱硫技术。
The process arrangement and improvement measures of FGD technology with new catalyst are introduced. Since the original desulphurization device with sodium alkaline has been revamped, SO2 emission concentration was less than 100 mg/m^3 after FGD plant by catalysis, with mass concentration of acid mist less than 30 mg/m^3, sulphuric acid production average growth rate of 5. 56%, 638.25 t/a of sulphur dioxide emission reduction and w(H2SO4) 100% 977. 32 t/a of recovered sulphuric acid. It is recommended that fertilizer enterprise or the other industry matching sulphuric acid system adopting the new low temperature catalysis of FGD technology
