摘要
研究影响用户行为的感知因素,可提供更符合用户意愿、更贴近用户行为的移动图书馆服务,进而提高使用移动图书馆的用户比例。分析影响用户接受与使用移动图书馆行为的6个感知因素——感知有用性、感知易用性、感知愉悦性、感知社群影响、感知便利条件、感知使用成本的基础上,对移动图书馆建设提出针对性策略。
Studying the perception factors affecting user behavior can provide mobile library service which is more consistent with user demand and is closer to user behavior, and then improve the proportion of users using mobile libraries.This paper analyzed 6 user perception factors that impacted users' acceptance and use of mobile libraries, including perception usefulness, perception usability, perception pleasure, perception community influence, perception convenience and perception cost of usage, and put forward targeted strategies on mobile library construction.
