公共图书馆理事会绩效测评研究

Research on the Performance Assessment of Public Library Council

在参考非营利组织理事会绩效测评的基础上结合专家意见,从理事会结构、理事会运行过程、理事会决策机制、理事会监督职能、运行结果五个方面构建测评体系,并通过层次分析法给指标赋权,为公共图书馆理事会测评提供参考。

Based on referencing the performance assessment of nonprofit organization council, and combined with the expert advice, this paper constructed the performance assessment system from the council＇s structure, operation process,decision-making mechanism, supervision function and operation results, and weighted the index through the Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） method, so as to provide a reference for the performance assessment of public library council.
