摘要
"互联网+"时代的图书馆需要有创新意识、创新能力的人才群体,推动图书馆的各项工作向多元化、现代化迈进。改变以往的课程设置、教学方式和教育评价体系,将是新形势下对图书馆人才培养的新思路。文章阐述了如何根据专业特点整合各种资源,构建和完善培养创新型图书馆人才的知识体系和教育评价体系。
In "Internet +" era, library needs a personnel group with innovative consciousness and ability to promote library work to walk toward diversification and modernization. Changing the previous curriculum, teaching methods and education evaluation system will be the new idea of personnel training in the new situation. This paper expounded how to integrate various resource based on the characteristics of professionals, build and perfect the knowledge system and education evaluation system of innovative personnel.
