In ＂Internet ＋＂ era, library needs a personnel group with innovative consciousness and ability to promote library work to walk toward diversification and modernization. Changing the previous curriculum, teaching methods and education evaluation system will be the new idea of personnel training in the new situation. This paper expounded how to integrate various resource based on the characteristics of professionals, build and perfect the knowledge system and education evaluation system of innovative personnel.
