信息时代高校图书馆新生培训模式思考与探索

随着图书馆各类资源的飞速增长,新生培训的规模及需求也逐步增多,仅仅依靠传统的培训模式如讲座培训、实地参观等方式,难以达到满意的培训效果。针对此,文章探讨了各种基于信息技术的新兴培训方式,并对新生培训体系的建设提出了相应的建议。

With the rapid growth of library resource, the scale and demand of freshmen training have also gradually increased,relying solely on traditional training model such as training seminars, site visits, etc has been difficult to get satisfied training effects. In this regard, the new training modes based on information technology were discussed, and the corresponding suggestions for the construction of new training system were put forward.
