摘要
高校图书馆作为学校重要的信息服务部门,在高校教学与学生成长过程中发挥着"第二课堂"的重要作用。笔者在总结多年图书馆管理工作的基础上,首次将积分制引入黑龙江科技大学图书馆义务馆员管理工作中,充分发挥其主观能动性,调动其积极性,使其能更好地服务于图书馆管理工作,又能在服务实践中实现自身社会价值。
As an important information service department, university library has acted as the second classroom on the process of teaching and students growing. Based on the summary of long-time library management work, this paper firstly introduced the integrating system into voluntary librarian management in Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology Library, and gave full play of their subjective initiative and mobilized their enthusiasm, so as to make them better serve the library management work and achieve their social value in the service practice.
