根据对目前高校图书馆青年馆员工作现况进行调查研究,对青年馆员职业发展道路中所遇困境与诸多问题展开分析与探讨,提出了为青年馆员提升职业能力、开拓发展前景的新举措,从而为高校图书馆培养青年馆员队伍与加强核心人才建设奠定基础。

This paper researched on the work status of young university librarians. According to difficulties and issues of young librarians＇ career path, it proposed to enhance the professional capacity and open up prospects of young librarians, so as to lay the foundation of training young librarian team and strengthening core talent team development.
