人巨细胞病毒感染与围着床期子宫内膜容受性的相关性分析

Correlative analysis of human cytomegalovirus infection and endometrial receptivity in peri-implantation period

目的 探讨人巨细胞病毒感染与围着床期子宫内膜容受性的相关性。方法 选取2014年2月至2015年10月本院收治的育龄女性125例为研究对象,均于月经第2024天行子宫内膜诊刮,将所有研究对象按照人巨细胞病毒感染情况分为活动性感染组（42例）、未感染组（38例）及既往感染组（45例）。比较三组研究对象孕激素、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜分型、雌激素受体（ER）、孕酮受体（PR）、整合素β3表达水平及妊娠情况。结果 三组研究对象孕激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜分型及ER、PR表达水平比较差异均无显著性（P〉0.05）;活动性感染组患者整合素β3表达水平及妊娠率均显著低于未感染组和既往感染组（P〈0.05）;未感染组和既往感染组研究对象整合素β3表达水平及妊娠率比较差异均无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论 人巨细胞病毒感染会导致整合素β3表达水平降低,影响子宫内膜容受性变化,而对性激素受体无显著影响。

Objective To investigate the correlation between human cytomegalovirus infection and endometrial receptivity in peri-implantation period. Method β5 women during gestational age who received therapy from February 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the research objects. Endometrial curettage was done during the 20th to 24th day of menstruation. According to human cytomegalovirus infection, all the objects were divided into active infection group （n = 42）, uninfected group （n = 38） and past infection group （n = 45）. Compared the progesterone, endometrial thickness, endometrial type, ER, PR, integrin β3 and pregnancy status among the three groups. Result There were no significant differences in the levels of progesterone, endometrial thickness, endometrial type, ER and PR expression levels among the three groups （P 〉 0.05）. The integrin β3 expression level and pregnancy rate of active infection group were significantly lower than level of integrin β3 and pregnancy rate between uninfected group and past infection group （P 〉 0,05）. Conclusion Human cytomegalovirus infection will lead to reduced the expression level of integrin β3, affect the changes of endometrial receptivity, and shows no significant effect on sex hormone receptors.
