摘要
随着技术的不断发展,潮流能开发利用国际和国内分别进入了准商业化和示范工程阶段,但潮流能利用方面相关标准研究仍处于起步阶段,潮流能发电装置的相关设计标准的缺失,严重制约了潮流能发电装置的产业化进程。以500 k W海洋能独立电力系统示范工程项目潮流能水轮机的设计经验为基础,开展潮流能水轮机设计载荷工况研究,从外部环境条件、发电机组运行状态、载荷设计工况等几方面进行了分析研究,为今后水轮机设计标准的制定奠定了基础。
With continuous technological progress, the development and utilization of tidal current energy has entered the stage of quasi commercialization abroad and the stage of demonstration at home. But the study on standard-setting for tidal current energy utilization is still in the initial stage. The industrialization of tidal current energy device has been seriously restricted by the lacking of relevant standards for the design of tidal current energy devices. In this paper, the load conditions are studied for the tidal current turbine design, based on the design experience acquired in the demonstration project of 500 k W ocean energy isolated power system. The aspects of the external environment, the operate condition of the turbine and load conditions are analyzed and studied in this paper, laying a foundation for future standard-setting for tidal current energy turbine design.
