环氧基导热绝缘复合材料的研究进展

摘要 从环氧基导热绝缘复合材料的导热机理出发,阐述了影响复合材料导热绝缘性能的主要因素,并着重从填料与基体间的界面改性角度综述了近几年来环氧基导热绝缘复合材料的研究进展。 According to the mechanism of thermal conductivity of the thermally conductive-electrically insulating epoxy resin based composite materials, this paper elaborated the main factors influencing the thermal conductivity and insulating properties of composite materials. The recent research progress of thermally conductive-electrically insulating epoxy resin based composites was summarized from modification of the interfaces between fillers and matrix.
