摘要 用硬度表征涂膜固化性能,研究了酒石酸改性咪唑的制备工艺对改性咪唑固化性能的影响。结果表明,酒石酸改性咪唑的较佳制备工艺为:酒石酸与咪唑的物质的量比为1:0.45,于80℃反应1 h。酒石酸改性咪唑可使双氰胺固化环氧树脂的固化温度降至120℃,固化2 h,硬度为4 H。酒石酸改性咪唑单独作为固化剂或作为双氰胺固化促进剂,与咪唑相比,其潜伏性均有大幅度提高。 The curing performance was characterized with the hardness of sured film, the synthesis of tartaric acid modified imidazole and its influence on the curing performance of modified imidazole were investigated. The results showed that the optimal synthesis conditions were as follows: the mole ratio of tartaric acid and imidazole was 1:0.45 and the temperature and time of synthesis reaction were 80℃ and 1 hour, respectively ; the curing temperature ofdicyandiamide was decreased to 120℃ by tartaric acid-modified imidazole, and when cured at 120℃ for 2 hours, the hardness of cured resin film was 4H. When the tartaric acid-modified imidazole was used as the curing agent alone or as the catalyst of dicyandiamide, their latency was substantially higher than that ofimidazole alone
