New ideas of mineral processing technology optimization in Fengshan Copper Mine

摘要 通过对丰山铜矿选矿工艺现状的分析,提出工艺优化新方案:碎矿采用HP型圆锥破碎机、长方形筛孔的筛网;铜钼混合浮选合并成一个系列,选用大型浮选设备;铜钼分离浮选采用浮选柱,精简流程为一粗三精。通过优化,预计可取得降低成本235万元/a的良好效果,同时自动化程度得到较大提高。 Through analyzing the current situation of mineral processing technology of Fengshan Copper Mine,a new scheme was proposed that HP cone crusher and screen with rectangle sieve were selected,the copper and molybdenum flotation were combined to one series,the large scale flotation equipments were used,flotation column was used in copper and molybdenum separation and the flow sheet reduced to one roughing and three cleaning.Through these optimization,it can be predicted that the cost can reduce2 350 000 yuan/a,and the automation level will be promoted.
