水厂铁矿选矿过滤系统挖潜改造技术研究

摘要 近年来,水厂铁矿不断优化选矿工艺流程,选矿效率得到大幅度提升,铁精矿产量不断提高。而水厂铁矿新厂过滤系统的过滤机已使用20多年,真空泵也使用了15年,设备性能严重降低,新厂过滤系统的处理能力下降,铁精矿水分指标升高。为此,实施了过滤机、真空泵换型改造。改造后的生产实践表明,2015年新厂铁精矿水分8.6%,过滤费用下降了0.26元/t铁精矿,过滤系统节省电费65万元,彻底解决了影响选矿生产的瓶颈问题。 In recent years,benefiting the optimization of mineral processing technology,the efficiency of mineral processing improved and the output of iron concentrate increased steadily in Shuichang Iron Mine,but the filters have been used for more than 20 years and the vacuum pumps more than 15 years,so the performance degraded seriously.The processing capacity declined and the water content in concentrate increased.Therefore the filters and the vacuum pumps were retrofitted and modified.After the reformation,the water content in concentrate reduced to 8.6%in the year of 2015,and the filtering cost reduced 0.26 yuan per ton of iron concentrate,the electric cost saved 650 thousand yuan.This transformation resolved the problems of impacting production.
