浅析秋季桑园桑毛虫重发原因及防治措施

Causes of Outbreaks of Brown-tail moth, Euproetis similis, and Control Measures in Mulberry in Autumn

介绍了修水县桑毛虫发生危害的特点,并从气候条件、栽培管理和养蚕布局等方面分析了桑毛虫的重发原因。通过搞好预测预报、开展农业防治、实行统防统治、合理调理养蚕布局等措施来控制桑毛虫的严重发生。

Occurrence characteristics of the brown-tail moth, Euproetis similis Fuessly（Lepidoptera： Lymantriidae） in mulberry fields in Xiushui County of Jiangxi Province were reported in the present paper. The reasons for the heavy occurrence of brown-tail moth caterpillars were analyzed based on climatic conditions, cultivation management and the arrangement for silkworm rearing. Outbreaks of Euproetis similis could be inhibited by measures like prediction of the moths, agricultural control, a unified program to prevent and control pests, and reasonable adjustments to the arrangement for silkworm rearing, etc.
