火焰原子吸收法同时测定柑桔类水果中Cu Fe Mn Zn微量元素 被引量:3

Determination of Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn Trace Elements in Different Parts of Citrus Fruit by FAAS

摘要 采用HNO3-HClO4湿法消解样品,利用火焰原子吸收光谱仪同时测定了柑桔类水果及果皮中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn 4种微量元素的含量。分析结果的相对标准偏差0.25%~4.36%,加标回收率86.92%~101.6%,方法简单、快速、可靠、灵敏度高。实验表明,柑桔类水果果皮中微量元素含量高于其果肉中含量,柚子内皮和外皮中微量元素含量有少许差异。柚子内皮中的Fe含量最高,而柚子外皮中的Zn含量最高。结果为有效利用柑桔类水果果皮的药用功效提供了定量依据。 A method of simultaneous determination of trace elements in citrus fruits has been developed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry( FAAS) together with HNO3- HClO4 digestion. The relative standard deviations for four trace elements in this method are determined to be 0. 25% ~ 4. 36%,whereas the recovery rates are in range of 86. 92% ~ 101. 6%. The measuring method has been proved to be simple,rapid,reliable,and highly sensitive. The concentration of trace elements in peel of citrus fruits is higher than that in the flesh. A slight difference in trace element is observed between peel and endodermis of grapefruit. The concentration of Fe appears the highest result in the endothelium of the grapefruit,while the peel of the grapefruit has the highest concentration of Zn. Our results provide a quantitative basis for the effective utilization of the medicinal efficacy of citrus fruits.
