摘要
明确战略性新兴产业知识产权竞争的战略意义,建立评价模型,选择韩国等比较样板,测算以战略性新兴产业知识产权为代表的广东的技术差距,进而解码差距基源,在此基础上针对问题破解提出政策建议。
This paper clears the competition of intellectual property rights in strategic emerging industries of strategic sig- nificance, establishes the evaluation model, taking South Korea such as model selection, estimates the technology gap of e- merging industries of strategic importance intellectual property, and then decodes GAP base source, on the basis of which the paper puts forward policy recommendations.
