全要素生产率及其对农业经济增长的影响——基于江苏省的实证研究

Total Factor Productivity and its Effect on Agricultural Economic Growth——An Empirical Study on Jiangsu Province

采用非参数Malmquist指数法,研究2000—2014年期间江苏省整体及其13个地级市的农业全要素生产率及其分解技术进步指数和技术效率变化指数;在此基础上,引入技术进步和效率变化,构建农业生产函数模型,实证研究江苏省农业技术进步、效率变化、劳动力投入及其他投入要素对农业生产的影响,并进行苏南、苏中、苏北的区域差异分析。研究表明:江苏省全要素生产率是逐步提高的,其增长主要来源于农业技术进步,且农业技术进步与技术效率下降共存;农业技术效率变化对苏南、苏中和苏北3个区域的农业生产均有显著的正向促进作用,而技术进步主要对苏中和苏北有显著的促进作用。

Using the method of DEA - Malmquist, the paper measures the agricultural index of technical change and index of efficiency change of 13 cities in Jiangsu province in the period of 2000 -2014. On this basis, the paper constructs an agricultural production function model with the introduction of technical progress and efficiency change. Then the paper gives an empirical study on the influence of Jiangsu Province ; agricultural technological progress, efficiency change, labor input and other input factors on agricultural production, and analyzes the regional differences in South of Jiangsu, middle and north of Jiangsu. The research shows that the TFP of Jiangsu province is gradually increasing; the growth can be mainly attributed to technological progress. The technical progress and efficiency loss are coexisting. Agricultural technical efficiency change has played a positive role in the agricultural production in South of Jiangsu, middle and north of Jiangsu. Technical change mainly has an obviously positive effect on Middle of Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu.
