摘要 动漫产业是文化创意产业的核心支柱之一,动漫产业集群的培育模式是动漫产业经济发展的要求,并且对动漫产业集群的建立、发展和壮大具有重要意义。首先将产业价值链理论引入到动漫产业集群的形成过程,进而分析基于产业价值链的动漫产业集群所具有的竞争优势、基于产业价值链的动漫产业集群内部和外部特征等;其次,分析基于产业价值链的中国动漫产业集群培育基础——动漫产业园区型基地;最后,针对中国动漫产业价值链的特点,提出3种基于产业价值链的中国动漫产业集群模式。基于产业价值链的中国动漫产业集群模式符合中国特色的政府主导下动漫市场经济发展模式,并且与动漫产业园区型基地的实际情况耦合,是中国动漫产业实现跨越式发展的一种重要途径。 Abstract : An animation industry is a core pillar of a culture creative industry. Cultivation patterns of an animation industry cluster are required by the developments of an animation industry and have great values for building and developing the animation industry cluster. This paper firstly introduces an industrial value chain theory into the animation industry cluster, and then analyzes the competitive advantages of the animation industry cluster based on the industrial value chain and internal and external features of the animation industry cluster based on the industrial value chain. Secondly, it analyzes the park - based animation industry bases as the cultivation foundation of the China animation industry cluster based on the industrial value chain. Lastly, according to the characteristics of industrial value chains, three kinds of cultivation patterns of an animation industry cluster on the basis of an industrial value chain are proposed. The cultivation patterns of an animation industry cluster on the basis of an industrial value chain are suitable to a government - domination pattern of the China animation industry market and the actual situations of park - based animation industry bases, so it is an important way to develop the animation industry in a fast style.
