“互联网+”背景下的医院科研管理——基于某高校附属医院的实践

Hospital Scientific Research Management under the Background of “Internet Plus” Based on the Practice of a Affiliated Hospital of a Certain University

传统的医院科研管理存在用户界面繁冗、系统搭建维护高成本、数据不统一等问题。某高校附属医院实现微信公共平台与"互联网+"科研管理系统的互联互通,基于"互联网+"有效提高科研管理服务水平;采用面向服务架构(SOA)理念设计出科研管理系统业务服务模型,模型的实现及业务界面利用.net技术和微信公众平台构建整个科研管理系统并交付使用。基于该医院的科研管理实践,为医院科研管理优化探索一条新的途径。

Traditional hospital management faces the problems of redundant user interfaces, high cost of maintenance, and inconsistent data. The First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University has achieved the interoperability between WeChat public platform and ＂ Internet plus＂ scientific research management system. Based on ＂ Internet plus＂, the hospital improved the scientific research level of service management. Using service oriented architecture （SOA） concept of scientific research management system, the hospital designs the service model, adopts ＂. Net＂ technology and WeChat public platform, establishes the comprehensive scientific research mangement system, and puts it into application, which explores a new way of management optimization.
