摘要 为了有效降低大位移井钻探过程中的摩阻扭矩高、拖压严重等难题,同时满足地质录井和环保要求,通过筛选适合的合成基础油、添加剂及乳化剂,研制一种阳离子合成水基高效润滑剂。筛选的极压添加剂在地层和钻具表面可通过吸附及化学反应形成吸附膜和化学反应膜;筛选的阳离子表面活性剂作为乳化剂,增强了水溶性的同时,通过正电吸附增强了润滑剂的吸附性。测试结果表明:制备的润滑剂荧光级别在4级以下;与钻井液充分配伍后可使泥饼摩阻系数降低74%,扭矩降低10%,极压润滑系数降低75%。四球机测试结果表明,高负荷下该润滑剂油膜强度大,极压润滑持效性强,满足了大位移井抗极压性、抗磨损要求。 A new kind of synthetic cation water based lubricant was prepared through selecting suitable synthetic base oils, additives and emulsifiers, in order to decrease the torque and pressure drop of the extended reach wells in the oilfield more effectively,and to meet the demand of geologic control and environmental protection.The extreme pressure additives selected can form absorption film and chemical reaction film on the surface of the formation and drill too!, the cationic sur- factant selected as the emulsifier can improve the solubility, and enhance the absorbability through positive electricity ab- sorption.The test results show that the fluorescence level of the synthetic cation water based lubricant is lower than 4.This lubricant can match perfectly with the drilling mud, which can decrease the damping coefficient by 74%, reduce the torque by10%,and decrease the extreme pressure lubrication under high load, this lubricant has quite high oil film coefficient by more than 75%.The results by four-ball tester show strength and long term extreme pressure resistance, which can meet the demand of extreme pressure and anti-wear in the extended reach wells.
