摘要
"一带一路"的战略布局为新疆经济腾飞带来了机遇,但是这个机遇的把握需要完善的法律体系建设为保障,分析了"一带一路"背景下新疆地区法制建设的新境遇,提出了新疆自治区法律保障机制的构建必须从着重区域和平稳定基础上,加强区域间的法律合作,制定法律服务体系,并建立法律信息数据库等方面进行努力。
Brings opportunities to the strategic layout The Belt and Road ＂for the economic development of Xinjiang,but the opportunity to build a perfect legal system for the protection,the following analysis of＂ new situation of legal system construction in Xinjiang Belt and Road Initiative ＂background, put forward the construction of the Xinjiang autonomous region must be from the legal safeguard mechanism on basis of regional peace stability, strengthen the legal cooperation between regions,formulate legal service system,and the establishment of legal information database and other aspects of efforts.
