摘要
探讨几种不锈钢长丝复合纱的性能。通过测试不锈钢长丝的力学性能,最终选择直径30μm、35μm、40μm的不锈钢长丝,分别纺制出了棉不锈钢长丝赛络包芯纱、棉不锈钢长丝赛络菲尔纱和棉不锈钢长丝锦纶双丝赛络菲尔纱;对纱线的电阻值、纱线形态、单纱强力及毛羽进行了测试。结果表明:随着不锈钢长丝直径的增加,纱线的电阻值减小,强力增大,赛络包芯纱毛羽略有恶化,但两种赛络菲尔纱毛羽均有改善;不锈钢长丝直径相同时,棉不锈钢长丝赛络包芯纱电阻值最高,强力最大,棉不锈钢长丝赛络菲尔纱电阻值最小,棉不锈钢长丝锦纶双丝赛络菲尔纱的毛羽最少。认为:根据实际需求选择不锈钢长丝直径和纱线类型,可以进行相关产品开发。
Property of several stainless steel filament composite yarns were discussed. Mechanical property of stainless steel filament was tested. 30 μm,35 μm and 40 μm diameter stainless steel filament were chosen finally. Cotton stainless steel filament siro core-spun yarn,cotton stainless steel filament sirofil yarn and cotton stainless steel filament polyamide filament double filament sirofil yarn were spun. Resistance value,configuration, strength and hairiness of the yarns were tested. The results show that the siro core-spun yarn hairiness is deteriorated slightly and two kinds of sirofil yarn hairiness are improved while the yarn resistance value is decreased and breaking strength is increased with the increase of stainless steel filament diameter. Under the same diameter of stainless steel filament,cotton stainless steel filament siro core-spun yarn resistance value and breaking strength are the best of three yarns. Cotton stainless steel filament sirofil yarn resistance value is the lowest of three yarns. Cotton stainless steel filament polyamide filament double filament sirofil yarn hairiness is the lowest of three yarns. It is considered that the diameter of stainless steel filament and yarn types should be chose to develop relat- ed products based on the requirement.
