探讨纺织企业实施智能化建设的思路和效果。针对目前智能制造在实施中存在的问题,介绍了所在纺织企业智能化建设的构建思路和实施效果,总结了所运行系统的特点,提出了纺织企业智能化建设和完善的方向。认为实现智能纺纱是纺织行业现实的迫切需要,有利于提高企业竞争力;智能纺纱的实现依赖于智能化共性技术与纺织专业技术的高效、有机融合;纺织企业的智能化建设需要全行业的共同努力。

Thinking and effect of textile enterprise intelligent construction were discussed. Facing present problems existed in intelligent manufacture implementation, construction thinking and results of our textile enter- prise intelligent construction were introduced. Characteristics of the system were summarized. Direction of textile enterprise intelligent manufacture and perfection was proposed. It is considered that intelligent spinning become the urgent need of textile industry now and is beneficial to enhance the competition capacity of enterprise. To real- ize intelligent spinning would depend on the efficient and organic integration between intelligent common technol- ogy and textile specialized technology. All textile industry needs to work together for intelligent construction of textile enterprise.
