摘要
总结棉双氨纶包芯纱牛仔织物的生产要点。采用赛络纺C 29.1tex(Pu 44.4dtex+Pu 77.7dtex)作为纬纱,以提高牛仔织物的弹力舒适度;细纱工序重点保证对两根氨纶丝的包覆;络筒前对纬纱进行蒸纱处理,以稳定纱线弹力;浆染工序重点控制好染液,以保证纱线染色的质量;织造工序增加边纱根数;后整理降低烧毛温度和车速,避免氨纶丝受损。通过采取一系列技术措施,最终使织物顺利生产,织物质量指标均达到了标准要求。认为:采用棉双氨纶包芯纱能够有效提高牛仔织物的弹性伸长与弹性回复率,保证织物优良的穿着舒适性。
The production key points of denim fabric with cotton double spandex core-spun yarn were sum- marized. Siro spinning C 29.1 tex(Pu 44.4 dtex + Pu 77.7 dtex)yarn was used as weft to improve the elastic comfort. The coverage of two spandex filaments was majorly ensured in spinning process. Steaming treatment of weft was performed before winding to stabilize the elasticity of yarn. Dye liquid control was focused in dyeing process to guarantee the quality of dyeing. Selvedge yarn counts were increased in weaving process. The burning temperature and running speed in finishing process were decreased to prevent the injury of spandex. By adopting a series of technology measures, successful production of fabric was obtained and the fabric quality indexes reached the standared requirement. It is considered that the elastic elongation and elastic recovery rate of denim fabric can be efficiently improved by using cotton double spandex core-spun yarn. The fabric wearability can be ensured.
