美元货币权力及其对中国的经济安全影响

Monetary Power of U.S.Dollar and Its Influence on China's Economic Security

西方主流货币权力理论存在概念体系混乱、货币权力界定失范、核心机理研究不足等问题。本文认为,应从国际货币功能出发,将美元货币权力重新识别和界定为三大权力:国际货币发行权、支付清算权和交易定价权。本文研究了美元三大权力的生成、操作机理,指出美元货币权力有可能从宏观经济稳定、对外贸易和金融支付、工业运行成本和原材料供应等方面对中国经济安全产生重大影响,中国应为此做好充分的应对准备。

There are three major problems in western mainstream monetary power theory：confusion of concept,identification anomie,and superficial understanding to its core mechanism.This paper argues that three monetary powers of the U.S.dollar can be identified and defined based on its international currency functions：the power of international currency issuing,the power of payment,and the power of pricing.It,then,analyzed the generation and operation mechanism of these three monetary powers.It is suggested that the monetary power of U.S.dollar may have a great negative impact on China＇s macroeconomic stability,payment of foreign trade and international finance,and industrial cost and security of raw material supply.China should be prepared to cope with these challenges.
