腹腔镜经胃腔切除内生型贲门部黏膜下肿物 被引量：1

摘要 胃黏膜下肿物（gastric submucocal tumors，GSMTs）是一大类来源于黏膜层以下的消化道肿瘤，以良性常见，包括：平滑肌瘤、间质瘤、神经源性肿瘤、脂肪瘤等，好发于胃中上部．贲门部较少见，手术切除为根治治疗的唯一手段。
