肝外型门静脉瘤切除一例

摘要患者男，73岁，无明显主诉症状，主因体检时腹部彩超发现胰腺附近存在占位性病变就诊，查体未触及腹部包块，无明显门脉高压症状。后完善腹部增强CT检查．结果示肝外型门静脉瘤，瘤体较大，〉6cm（图1）。
