摘要欧盟在科学数据开放存取方面取得了较为显著的进展,文章从欧盟委员会的指导与实践行动、欧洲各科研机构和资助机构对科学数据开放存取的支持、欧盟科学数据开放存取项目的开展、开放数据仓储的建设现状等方面分析欧盟科学数据开放存取的重要进展,并探讨了对我国科学数据开放存取的借鉴与启示。 European Union （EU） makes a great progress in open access scientific data. This paper analyzes the progress of open access scientific data in EU from the guidance and practical actions of the European Commission, the support of European scientific institutions and funding institutions for open access scientific data, the development of relative projects and data repositories of EU scientific data. Finally, the paper discusses the reference and enlightenment of open access scientific data in China.
