摘要
双面卧式硬支承平衡机采用ABC法解算原理时存在分离比和测量误差较大的问题,分析表明是其忽略了系统扭摆效应的影响,评定ABC法的适用范围对动平衡效果至关重要。通过建立弹性摆架振动模型,分析了试重位置不同时摆架振动中心的变化规律。推导了矩形簧板绕振动中心扭转的刚度公式,研究了簧板扭转刚度作为变量与振动结构位置的关系。动平衡实验证明了忽略扭摆效应时ABC法测量原理的不合理性且实验扭转刚度值与理论扭转刚度值吻合。根据实验数据分析簧板扭转效应对平衡机分离比的影响,阐明了分离比误差的来源,评定了ABC法测量原理的适用范围。
When traditional ABC method is used for sided balancing machine, the measurement error is too large to meet the requirement as ignoring the influence of the vibration system' s torsion. Assessing application scope of ABC method is crucial to improve dynamic balance accuracy. The vibration model of swing frame for sided horizontal balancing machine was established, the location of vibration center of swing frame was calculated, the torsional stiffness formula of a rectangular plate spring twisting around the vibration center was deduced, and the relationship between torsional stiffness and location dimensions of the plate spring was analyzed. Experiments verified the measurement error caused by using traditional statics methods. The torsional stiffness deduced by experiment was compared with that calculated by theory, and how the torsional situation of plate spring effects the separation ratio of sided balancing machines was analyzed. The influence of torsional vibration on measurement error was estimated and the application scope of ABC method was assessed.
