美英工学结合模式对我国卓越工程师培养的启示

Work-integrated Learning Mode in USA and UK Enlightenment on Outstanding-engineer Training in Our Country

卓越工程师计划是教育部实施的一项高等教育重大举措,很多高校在实施过程中会遇到教学环节、实践基地、质量监控等方面的问题。本文通过剖析美英的工学结合培养模式,借鉴其先进的教学理念、教学方法、教学环节设置及管理模式等,探索我国创新应用型卓越人才培养的途径。

Outstanding-engineer program is a major measure implemented by Ministry of Education for higher education. In the process of implementation,many colleges and universities will encounter some issues,such as teaching setting,practice base,and quality control. In this article,through analyzing the work-integrated leaming mode of the USA and UK,we can draw lessons from their advanced teaching idea,teaching method,teaching setting and management mode to explore the way of innovative applied talents training in our country.
