摘要
本文基于发挥高校二级学院办学主体作用的目的,探讨了高校二级学院内部管理改革,并分析了高校二级学院的发展保障措施。
Based on the objectives of play the main body roles in running school for the secondary college in universifies,the reform contents of internal management were discussed and the supporting measures for development of the secondary college in universities were analyzed in this paper.
