本文对大学生创业中存在的问题进行了病理分析,并提出了积极的创业教育策略。重点强调在创业教育过程中要符合市场实际,创业教育必须要与真实的市场相结合,训练学生了解企业真实的创办过程,学习创业过程中所具备的经营、管理及法律等各项知识,掌握其真实的创业本领;此外,创业教育要强调创业的风险性与创业过程的艰苦过程,随之进一步提出了创业教育师资的重要性。

The paper targets the existing problems in the undergraduate entrepreneurship and proposes positive strategies accordingly.It emphasizes concept of ＂authenticity＂ in entrepreneurship education,that is to say,it should conforms to the real market with students＇ real understandings about the entrepreneurship process both in theory and practice. Meanwhile,it mentions the risks and hardships in entrepreneurship. It further highlights the importance of outstanding teacher resources in entrepreneurship education.
